CP665 / CP676 Panel PC

The CP665 and CP676 are large, high-performance HMI panels in ABB's CP600 range, offering widescreen displays and powerful runtime capabilities for industrial visualization. The CP665 features a 13.3-inch TFT widescreen display with 1280 × 800 pixel resolution (16:10 aspect), ideal for graphics-rich applications, while the CP676 features a 15-inch XGA display at 1024 × 768 resolution (4:3 aspect). Both units have resistive touch screens for operator input. These panels come with PB610 Panel Builder runtime pre-installed, providing advanced HMI functions like vector graphic support (native SVG), multi-language management, data logging, alarms, schedules, and recipe handling. The CP665/676 panels share extensive connectivity: dual Ethernet 10/100 Mbps ports, a combined serial port (RS-232/422/485), dual USB host ports, and an SD card interface for storage. The systems include expanded memory for complex applications and support client-server remote monitoring and even web (VNC) access for maintenance. Built-in password protection (up to 8 user levels) and an onboard CPU capable of handling rich media ensure secure and smooth operation. The panels are fanless and constructed for industrial use – front panels are IP66-rated and can be mounted in control cabinets or consoles. With their large, bright displays and powerful HMI software, the CP665 and CP676 enable clear visualization and intuitive control of machinery or processes, especially in scenarios where more screen real estate is needed for complex schematics or multiple windows. They are commonly used in robotic cells, manufacturing lines, and process plant control stations.
